Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product seal is intact
- The item is not a sale or clearance item
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging or seal
- Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)
- Free samples or promotional gifts
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@baeandbelle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
